Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 15, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to the BackHome Fashion pre-launch platform ("Site"), connecting global fashion aesthetics. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform during its developmental and early-access phases. By using our Site or submitting an application or message, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Designer Applications & Vendor Onboarding
Our platform allows prospective designers, creators, and brands to submit applications for partnership consideration.
- No Guarantee of Partnership: Submitting an application does not create a binding partnership or guarantee inclusion in the final marketplace. BackHome Fashion retains ultimate discretion over curation.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree that all information and portfolio URLs submitted are accurate and represent your true, original work.
- Intellectual Property: You retain all ownership rights to any portfolio materials or intellectual property you share with us during the application process. Formal commercial rights are only governed by separate vendor agreements executed post-approval.
3. User Feedback & Submissions
As we prepare for our official launch, we actively welcome user feedback, bug reports, and suggestions. By providing feedback, you grant BackHome Fashion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate this feedback into the platform without compensation.
4. Platform Availability (Pre-Launch)
Because this is an early-stage deployment, the Site is provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee continuous access and are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or bugs you may encounter while utilizing the platform.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed according to the laws applicable to BackHome Fashion's primary jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from your use of the pre-launch platform will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of those established courts.
